These terms cover the use of salesagents.si and the MCP server at mcp.salesagents.si. A separate written agreement, where we sign one, governs over this page.

Who you are contracting with

SalesAgents is a service of Innovate d.o.o., registered in Slovenia. Contact: [email protected].

The service

The MCP server returns instructions, playbooks and drafts that your own agent carries out with your own tools. Specifically:

• Your agent acts on your behalf, in your accounts. You are responsible for what your agent does, including anything you approve it to send.
• Drafts, research and grades are produced automatically and can be wrong. Check them before you rely on them or send them.
• You must have the right to process the personal data your agent works with, for example your contacts and their correspondence, and to use the third-party services you connect, within their terms.
• We may change the playbooks, the modules or the availability of the service.

Free use and plans

The free starts listed on the pricing page cost nothing and carry no obligation. Paid plans, their prices and their billing terms are stated on the pricing page at the time you buy. Prices are in euros and exclude VAT, which is added where it applies. A plan is personal to the email address you sign in with and may not be shared or resold.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from a paid plan within 14 days of payment, unless you asked us to unlock it straight away and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal once it is unlocked.

Your content

What your agent produces with SalesAgents is yours. Your profile is yours; you can export or delete it.

What we do not promise

To the fullest extent the law allows, the website and the MCP server are provided "as is", without implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost deals or revenue, arising from their use. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to send spam, to break the terms of the platforms you connect, to process data you have no right to, to attack the service, or to resell the playbooks as your own. We may withdraw access if you do.

Law and jurisdiction

Slovenian law applies, and the courts of Slovenia have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed.
